Shipping & payment options

We ship our items exclusively via DHL. The delivery takes place only after receipt of payment and usually takes 5-7 working days (abroad significantly longer). Please note that this is only a guideline and shipping can be affected by external circumstances at any time. We generally do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.Depending on the bank, it can take between 2-5 working days for your payment to reach us. The goods you have ordered remain reserved for you until receipt of your payment (but a maximum of 21 days).

Pick up:

• Collection is generally Mon.-Fr. possible between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
• Other times by arrangement.
• Your order is ready for collection when the email "Your order has been packed" has been sent to you.
• From this point on, the package can be picked up at the above times and will be ready for you.

Shipping costs

• Delivery takes place within Germany from an order value of 100 € (gross) free shipping. Up to €100 (gross) shipping costs apply per order €4.90 (gross) (may vary due to promotions).
• Shipments to European countries* we charge 15.90€.
• Shipments to Switzerland are considerably more expensive and we charge 26.90 €.
• Shipments to Norway & GB are considerably more expensive and we charge 29, 90€.
• Shipping to countries outside Europe** is calculated at 37.90€ .
• Please note: if you as a consumer have entered an error in the address so that the shipment has to be redelivered, the shipping costs must be paid again, since the label loses its validity after the first transport. Therefore, please check all your data carefully before completing the purchase.

Returns

• Your item is too big or doesn't fit 100%?
• Don't worry, you can exchange your order within 14 days without any problems . Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Payment types

Payment in advance

If you decide to pay in advance, transfer the amount of your purchase to the bank account given below. When making the transfer, please make sure that you state your order number in the intended use and always transfer it separately for different orders.

As soon as we have received your payment, your delivery will be dispatched immediately. Depending on the bank, it can take between 2-5 working days for us to receive your payment.

If you return one or more items, the value of the returned goods will be credited back to the bank account from which the transfer was made.

PayPal

For the payment method PayPal you need an account on PayPal.com. You will become paypal after the checkout process on our site.com forwarded. There you have to log in to your account and confirm the payment with credit, credit card or direct debit. You can find detailed instructions on purchasing via PayPal here.
