1. How can I place an order in the Dach PRO Shop?

You can easily order from the Dach PRO Shop via our online store: Add the desired items to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, enter your details, and select a payment method. Once completed, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email. Alternatively, you can conveniently place your order via live chat between 12:00 and 1:00 p.m., by phone at 0049 157 750 56 864 , or by email at support@dachpro.com. Our colleagues will take care of entering your order and send you the order confirmation conveniently and directly via email.

2. Are all products in stock and available for immediate delivery?

You can see whether a product is currently available directly on the respective product page in the Dach PRO Shop. Items marked "in stock" are available for immediate delivery and are usually delivered within 1–3 business days. This allows you to plan with confidence and receive your order quickly and reliably. If a product is temporarily unavailable, this will also be displayed – often with an estimated delivery date. If you have any questions about delivery times, our specialist advisors are always available to assist you personally.

3. Can I also order from the Dach PRO Shop as a private individual?

Yes, you are welcome to visit the Dach PRO Shop, both as a business owner and as a private individual! Our product range is primarily aimed at tradespeople and professionals in the roofing industry, but you can of course also order from us as a private customer. Many of our products are also ideal for homeowners, renovators, or hobbyists. Please note that prices are displayed net (plus VAT) by default . You will receive a transparent price overview including VAT during the ordering process. Shipping costs in the Dach PRO Shop depend on size, weight, and destination. The exact shipping costs are displayed in your shopping cart before completing your order – transparently and clearly. Within Germany, we ship free of charge for net purchases of €500 or more. For international orders, delivery costs depend on the respective shipping zone. No matter where you are: We ship worldwide – even to New Zealand! So whether you order from within Germany or from the other side of the world – you'll receive your goods reliably and professionally. Our team will be happy to help you with any questions.

5. Which service provider will ship my order?

We ship all orders worldwide with DHL as standard – fast, reliable, and easily trackable. In exceptional cases, particularly for certain international deliveries or special delivery conditions, shipping may also be arranged via an alternative service provider such as UPS. We select the shipping service for you, based on availability, delivery speed, and shipping destination. This ensures that your order always reaches you via the best possible route. We will inform you of the specific shipping service in the shipping confirmation email. If you have any special shipping requests, please feel free to contact us at any time.

6. Can I track my delivery?

Yes, you can easily track your delivery online at any time. As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us via email. This email contains a personalized tracking link that you can use to view the current shipping status of your order in real time . This way, you know exactly where your package is and when it is expected to arrive. Shipping is handled by DHL as standard, ensuring reliable delivery and transparent tracking worldwide. 7. Which payment methods can I use?

The Dach PRO Shop offers a variety of payment methods for flexible and secure shopping . You can conveniently pay via PayPal, credit card, Apple/Google Pay , or prepayment . Business customers also have the option of agreeing on individual payment terms —just contact us. All payment methods are secure, fast, and processed reliably. You can easily make your selection during the ordering process. Our team will be happy to assist you with any questions about the right payment method or special requests.

8. Will I receive an invoice with VAT shown?

Yes, of course you will receive a proper VAT invoice from us. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive the invoice by email. The invoice contains all relevant information, including your order details, delivery address, payment method, and, of course, the legally stated VAT rate – ideal for your accounting or for submission to your tax advisor. Foreign customers can provide us with their VAT number (during checkout) to shop tax-free. Invoicing is always based on the customer data provided during the ordering process. If you require special information or a different billing address, you can easily specify this when ordering.

If you would like to return an item or file a complaint, it's very easy. This way, you can gather detailed information in advance and make an informed decision. Please note, however, that we cannot send samples free of charge. Samples can be sent, but are subject to a fee and will be discussed on an individual basis . Simply send us a short message with the product you require, and we will check availability and shipping options for the sample.
