It is used on the ridge and eaves of trapezoidal profiled roof sheets and sandwich roof panels. Thanks to the availability of a basic device and a wide range of exchangeable attachments, the trapezoidal sheet edger can be adapted to different profiles from different manufacturers.

The basic device is compatible with various exchangeable attachments, depending on the trapezoidal sheet (T-Set) or sandwich panel (S-Set). The basic device made of stainless steel and vinyl handle is available as a standard basic device. Function 1:

Nesting of the profile bottom flange in the ridge area in just one operation

Note: According to the IFBS technical rules, the trapezoidal profile bottom chord (despite the use of profile fillers and toothed strips) must be folded up at the end of the profile. This folding up permanently prevents the risk of water penetrating the building due to the combination of wind and precipitation!

Function 2:

Bending of the profile bottom flange in the eaves area for perfect dripping of water in just one operation.

This edge permanently prevents the risk of water flowing back along the drip edge!
