This is how it all works:

1. We give you the opportunity to present your products, your search for new employees or customers via our channels (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube (on personal request)). Use our reach actively to advance your company.
2. Check out our shop and book the time that suits you and your company.
3. You don't have to invest huge sums in unnecessary online marketing activities.
4. Repeat your personal Level Up as often as you like.
5. Maximum run time for the repost is one minute.

Conditions of participation: Participation in Level Up by Dach PRO, hereinafter referred to as operator or organizer, will be billed after booking and is based exclusively on these conditions of participation.

Expiration: The service period extends from the legal purchase to the end of the 24-hour repost. Within this period, buyers are given the opportunity to provide precise details and information about the repost.

Participation: The Level Up card can be purchased in the Dach PRO Shop ( www.dach-pro.shop ). The buyer chooses the period to be posted independently via the shop. Only one repost is allowed per level up card.

Participation in Level Up is chargeable.

Eligible participants are natural persons who are resident in Germany and have reached the age of 18. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not linked to the purchase of goods or services.

If a participant is restricted in his legal capacity, the consent of his legal representative is required.

The operator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude any person from participation for legitimate reasons, such as:

(a) in the case of manipulations in connection with the purchase or implementation of the Level Up Card,

(b) in the event of violations of these Conditions of Participation,

(c) in case of unfair dealing or

(d) false or misleading information in connection with participation in Level Up.

Excluded Reposts: Sexist, pornographic, racist, religious, political, ethnic, violence/war-promoting, life-threatening, propaganda, lying, cruelty to animals, and/or similar content.

Buyers of the Level Up card will be promptly informed about the repost via a separate email.

The information in the post is sent exclusively to the buyer or the legal representative. The card cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash.

Termination: Dach PRO expressly reserves the right to terminate the Level Up without prior notice and without giving reasons.

Data protection: For the purchase at Level Up the indication of personal data is necessary. The buyer assures that the personal information provided by him, in particular his first name, surname and email address, is true and correct.

Dach PRO points out that all personal data of the participant will not be passed on to third parties without their consent, nor will they be allowed to use them.

After completing the 24 hour repost, all personal data will be deleted within 72 hours.

The buyer thus agrees to the publication of his name and place of residence in the advertising media used by Dach PRO.

Applicable law, questions or complaints in connection with the Level Up card should be addressed to the operator. Contact options can be found in the imprint.

Severability clause: Should a provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the rest of these conditions of participation. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision that comes closest to the economic sense and purpose expressed in the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these Conditions of Participation.
