lightweight
Weighing just 900g without battery, the Birdie is the smallest and lightest cordless riveting tool in its class. It is particularly compact in the hand and allows effortless riveting.
Large work area
With a setting force of 10 kN and a tool stroke of 25 mm, blind rivets up to a diameter of 5 mm of all materials, aluminum up to 6 mm, are processed.
tool-free maintenance
Cleaning and replacing the chuck jaws or mouthpieces is done without tools. Color-coded mouthpieces make it easier to identify the blind rivet used.

Sets over 3,000 blind rivets with just one battery charge!* As part of the CAS family, the batteries can be used flexibly and across manufacturers with various tools.

BLDC motor
The BLDC motor is almost wear-free and the setting process is significantly faster than with commercially available battery-powered devices.
