Shipping & payment options

We ship our items exclusively via DHL. The delivery takes place only after receipt of payment and usually takes 5-7 working days (abroad significantly longer). Please note that this is only a guideline and shipping can be affected by external circumstances at any time. We generally do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Depending on the bank, it can take between 2-5 working days for your payment to reach us. The goods you have ordered remain reserved for you until receipt of your payment (but a maximum of 21 days).

 

Pickup:

• Collection is generally Mon.-Fri. possible between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
• By arrangement also at other times.
• Your order is ready for collection when the email "Your order has been packed" has been sent to you.
• From this point on, the package can be picked up at the above times and will be ready for you.

 

Shipping

• Delivery within Germany is free of charge from an order value of 100 € (gross) . Up to €100 (gross), shipping costs €4.90 (gross) per order (can vary due to campaigns).
• shipments to European countries* we calculate with €15.90.
• Shipments to Switzerland are considerably more expensive and we charge € 26.90 .
• shipments to Norway & GB are considerably more expensive and we charge €29.90 .
• Shipping to countries outside Europe** comes with 37.90€ calculated.
• Please note: if you as a consumer have entered an error in the address so that the shipment has to be redelivered, the shipping costs must be paid again, as the label loses its validity after the first transport. Therefore, please check all your data carefully before completing the purchase.

• Is your item too big or doesn't fit 100%?
• Don't worry, you can within 14 days your order easily exchange. The return shipping is to be borne by the buyer.

Payment Methods

Payment in advance

If you decide to pay in advance, transfer the amount of your purchase to the bank account given below. When making the transfer, please make sure that you state your order number in the intended use and always transfer it separately for different orders.

As soon as we have received your payment, your delivery will be dispatched immediately. Depending on the bank, it can take between 2-5 working days for your payment to reach us.

If you return one or more items, the value of the returned goods will be credited back to the bank account from which the transfer was made.

PayPal

To use PayPal as a payment method, you need an account on paypal.com. You will be redirected to paypal.com after the checkout process on our site.
