1. Are there shipping costs?

Yes. You can find a list of the various shipping costs here .

2. Who is your shipping partner?

Our shipping partner is DHL.

3. How can I pay you?

We offer PayPal, prepayment (bank transfer), pay immediately with Klarna, invoice with Klarna, Visa & Mastercard, Amazon Pay as payment methods.

4. When do you offer payment method X?

At the moment there are no plans to integrate further payment methods.

5. How are the shirts sizing?

Our shirts are technically of the specified size. If this is not the case, we will explicitly indicate this for the product!

6. Are there other sizes than those specified in the shop?

We currently have sizes from S to XXL.

7. Why unisex?

We believe in a fit for everyone! No matter who you are or how you identify yourself, our shirts look good on everyone! ;)

8. Will there be more Dach PRO items coming soon?

Yes, we are always working on new designs! Follow us on Instagram for updates!

9. I made a mistake during the ordering process, what now?

If you made a mistake with your order, you can contact us at info@dachpro.com . If your order has not yet left our warehouse, we can help you. Please note that there is nothing we can do once your order is in the mail.

10. I have placed my order. What now?

Thank you for your purchase! As soon as you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail with an order confirmation. As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email.

11. I have successfully ordered and paid, but have not received any shipping confirmation.

Your order is most likely still being processed. However, if it still takes an unexpectedly long time, send us an email to info@dachpro.com so that we can take care of the problem as quickly as possible.

12. My goods are damaged/did not arrive.

Please email us at info@dachpro.com. We will take care of your request immediately.

13. I live nearby, can I come and pick up the goods?

For technical reasons this is not possible.

14. Do you also sell vouchers?

Yes, you can find these in the shop under accessories / more.
